It was created in 1997 with the support of ТАСІS Programme.

The main task is micro crediting of small and middle business in order to create new jobs.

During the period of its activity the Fund has managed to save 9 jobs and create 66 new jobs, including:

• In production sphere – 3;

• In service sphere – 57;

• In trade sphere – 15.

Nowadays the Fund can provide repayable financial assistance on the competitive conditions for beginning entrepreneurs for the total sum not more than from 500 to 5000 hryvnas.
