The Small Business Laboratory, Slavutych, Kiev Region

is seeking to recruit an experienced and well qualified

Technical Manager

to oversee the

Project Management Unit

for the

Slavutych Municipal Digital Communications Network Project

The person appointed will manage the design, installation, quality control, launching and handover of a state-of-the-art "fibre optic network" and radio relay connection to the Information Super Highway backbone with associated Control Centre and Public Internet Access points.

The minimum selection criteria for this post include:

• Higher education and at least 5 years experience in project management in the information and communications technologies field within Ukraine or similar CIS;

• At least 7 years of experience in telecommunications including management, development, installation and maintenance of ICT platforms.

• Highly developed "people skills" including fluent Ukrainian/ Russian language, and a good standard of written and spoken English (or willingness to learn it quickly).
