UFES is a State noncommercial and non profitable organization. After it’s statute, tasks and possibilities UFES is a unique structure, which uses state money for privilege financial support of Entrepreneurship according to stated Government program.

UFES activity is in coordination with State committee of Ukraine for regulatory policy and entrepreneurship (SCURPE). According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, head of SCURPE is a chairman of supervisory board of UFES. Supervisory board is an independent organ, which controls the entire financial-economical activity of foundation to provide objectivity and transparency in terms of state finance usage. It consist of representatives of deputy corps, governmental organs and funds.
