In the Town there are: Palace of Child’s and Youth’s Creative Work and Child’s Art School providing the whole range of cultural departments: musical, theatrical, visual arts, choreographic and so on, and there is also "Complex Child’s Sport School for Children and Youth".

Almost two years Slavutich Virtual Training Centre works on the basis of the Informational-Librarian Centre with three classes having the access to the Internet.

In the system of out-of-class education the Centre of Professional Development performs pre-professional and professional training of the school youth. The training is conducted on 13 specialties:
