Slavutich Fund of Business Support provides financial support of entrepreneurial projects of small business subjects.

Maximum cost of the projects is up to 20,000 hrn.

Period of the financial support is up to 1 year.

Conditions of giving of financial support is 14% annual percentage rate.

Financing is performed on the repayable basis. The guarantee of repaying may be mortgage on real property, bank guarantee, and guarantee agreement.

Basic criteria for financing on the repayable basis are:

• belonging to Slavutich, belonging to subjects of small business;
• increasing of the number of jobs, profitable work of the enterprise;
• positive credit history, total financings;
• period of activity of enterprise since the registration;
• recoupment of the project.

The financial support is not given for:

• repayment of debts;
• non-profitable projects;
• aims of consumer character: producing of drug holding, tobacco and vodka goods;
• game business and casino;
• currency operations.

For regarding of the issue on giving of financial support the small business subjects have to submit application to the Fund for obtaining of financing and the package of documents demonstrating the legal and financial state of the enterprise, namely:

• copies of founding documents and certificate about the State registration of the subject of entrepreneurial activity;
• copy of certificate about including into he State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine;
• report from the State Taxation Inspection about settling with the budget and number of open settlement accounts in banks;
• business plan of the project with demonstrating of the total amount of funds;
• balance-sheets, reports on financial results, deciphering of account payable;
• report of servicing bank about credit debt;
• copies of permissions and licenses for the kinds of activities necessary for the project implementation;
• copies of the documents for the usufructs of land and real estate;

document of expert evaluation of mortgage (guarantee) or documents of guarantee.

Financial support of small enterprise is performed by the Fund of Business Support through the authorised bank.
