• ensure mechanism of small business financial support through the authorized banks with the regime of privilege crediting;
• ensure participation of subjects of entrepreneurial activity in State, Regional and Town Programmes of social and economical development;
• financing of activities relating to training, retraining and raising the level of personnel’s skills for small business;
• financing of research work, surveys, analytical work, scientific-practical conferences, including international, in the sphere of business development and support;
• attraction of national and international investments, international technical assistance for implementation of priority directions of activity in the sphere of business development and support;
• Organization of collection and processing of legal, patent-license and other information which may be interesting for entrepreneurship subjects, preparing of proposals for forming and improving of legal basis in the direction of small business support on Regional and National levels.
