Tender Object is production or non-production object relating to Tender Object.
Tender Subject is concrete types of work and services on which the Tender is conducted.
Tender Subjects may be Contract for:
• construction, reconstruction and major repair of enterprises, buildings, constructions of production and non-production purpose including under the condition "on the key";
• performance of packages of construction and installation work and their separate types;
• performance of packages of start-and-adjustment work, engineering and exploration work;
• development of Technical and Economical Justification;
• designing;
• project management;
• delivery of technological equipment, including under the condition "on key";
• other deliveries and services including services provided by consultants.
Participant of Tender is a person who has rights to take part in Tender, in its preparation, conducting and approving of the Tender results.
The Main Participants of Tender are:
• Customer – a person for whom the Object of Tender is constructed, reconstructed or equipped;
• Tender Organizer is a person who is entrusted to conduct the Tender by the Customer;
• Tender Committee is constant or temporary organ created by the Customer or the Organizer for organization of conducting of the Tender;
• Participant of the procedure of purchasing is a natural person who has confirmed his intention to participate in the procedure of purchasing and submitted Tender Proposal.
Tender documents is a package of documents containing source information about technological, commercial, organisational and other characteristics of the Object and Subject of the Tender.
Work is any activity connected with designing, construction of new, extension, reconstruction, major repairs and restoration of objects and constructions of productive and non-productive destination.
Goods is production of any type of activity and destination including raw materials, manufactured articles, equipment, technologies, items in solid, liquid and gas states.
Services is any purchasing (except goods and work): training of specialists, providing with transport and communication, scientific researches, medical and consumer services.
Procedures of purchasing are procedures of different types (consequences of actions, drawn up in documents) applied while performing of work and providing services.
Production is the result of activity or processes. Production can include services, equipment, processed materials and software. Production may be material and non-material (information or concepts).
