The Public Corporation "Automobile Joint Stock Community "Slavutych" (ATASS) provides auto transport services in Slavutych. It is a monopolist. Also, the "KyivDerzhTransport" of the Southwest Rail Carrier provides transport services. The Pubiic Corporation "Automobile Joint Stock Community "Slavutych" is one of the town major enterprises. Total traffic flow is amounted to 7.96 million hn’vnyas. The subsidiaries of the Public Corporation "ATASS" have delivered to their clients 51,400 tons of cargoes; this value is 19,200 tons less than in 2001. The traffic flow has increased by 3.2 % and amounts to 25.7 million tons/km. If compared to 2001, the passenger traffic decreased by 35.8% and amounts to 478,600 passengers. The passenger turnover decreased by 5.1% and is amounted to 27.5 million passengers/km. If compared to the corresponding period of the previous year, the general transportation costs turnover of the Public Corporation "ATASS" decreased by 4.6 %; although it should be mentioned, that cargoes turnover decreased due to the complex contractual policies. |
