"Slavutich" Special Economic Zone Administration registers "Slavutich" SEZ Subjects.

The status of "Slavutich" SEZ Subject is given to subjects of entrepreneurial activity, branches and departments, which are situated on the territory of "Slavutich" SEZ and implement Investment Projects, approved in accordance with the Enactment of Council of Ministers from October 7th 1999 No.1860 "On the Order of Consideration and Approval of of Investment Projects Implemented on the Territory of "Slavutich" Special Economic Zone".

Registration of "Slavutich" SEZ Subjects is the basis for granting discounts foreseen by the Law of Ukraine "On "Slavutich" Special Economic Zone" (June 3rd 1999 № 721 – ХІV).

For registration as "Slavutich" SEZ Subject it is necessary to submit the following documents:

1. To Slavutich Town Committee for reaching a decision on approving of the investment project:

o Application addressed for the Town Mayor on acceptance of the packet of documents for reaching a decision by the Executive Committee;

o Application for implementation of the Investment Project in the form approved by the Executive Committee and financial declaration;

o Investment project in five copies (stitched, paginated and sealed with the stamp of applicant);

o Notarially exemplifications of the State registration certificate of the subject of entrepreneurial activity and founders’ documents of the juridical person;

o Documents verifying that the Investment Project has undergone a State examination;

o Certificate of the Government Tax Administration about the payment into the budget;

o Application for the Town Mayor about the direction of the Agreement;

o Agreement relating the conditions of Investment Project implementation on the territory of "Slavutich" SEZ in three copies.

2. To "Slavutich" SEZ Administration for registration of the applicant as "Slavutich" SEZ Subject:

o Application for registration of "Slavutich" SEZ Subject;

o Investment Project;

o Decision of the Executive Committee on approving of the Investment Project;

o Contract for implementation of the Investment Project;

o Agreement on cooperation;

o Copies of certificate on the State registration of entrepreneurial activity and founder’s documents of the juridical person attested with the stamp and signature of the official of the enterprise;

o The document testifying the payment for the registration;

o Copies of appraisal conclusions regarding the projects.

Documents submitted for registration of "Slavutich" SEZ Subjects shall not contain the clauses which contradict to the legislation of Ukraine.

The subject of entrepreneurial activity, branch or department, which submits the documents to "Slavutich" SEZ Administration, is responsible for the correspondence of the documents, to the legislation.

In the presence of all necessary documents, "Slavituch" SEZ Administration registers their entries in special register, and during three working days it either registers "Slavutich" SEZ Subject or gives motivated refusal in such a registration.

"Slavutich" SEZ Administration refuses to register "Slavutcih" SEZ Subject in case of non-submitting of all necessary documents to "Slavutich"SEZ Administration.

Registration of "Slavutich" SEZ Subject is confirmed with the certificate of "Slavutich" SEZ Subject’s registration, which is signed by the Head of "Slavutich" SEZ Administration or person, authorized by him and certified with the seal of "Slavutich" SEZ Administration.

The certificate, obtained by "Slavutich" SEZ Subject is registered in the log, which is directly kept in "Slavutich" SEZ Administration.

"Slavutich" SEZ Subjects are to inform "Slavutich" SEZ Administration during ten-day period about all changes which have been made in their constitutive documents.

Re-registration of "Slavutich" SEZ Subject is performed in the same order, which is established for its registration.

In case of loss (destruction and so on) of "Slavutich" SEZ Subject’s certificate of registration its duplicate is issued.

The following documents are submitted to "Slavutich" SEZ Admistration in order to obtain the duplicate of the certificate of "Slavutich" SEZ Subject’s registration:

• Application for issuing of a duplicate of the certificate;

• Confirmation relative to publication in mass media of the announcement about annulment of the lost certificate of "Slavutich" SEZ Subjects’ registration.

• The document confirming payment for issuing of the duplicate of the registered certificate.

During two working days from the moment of receiving of the application "Slavutich" SEZ Administration issues the duplicate of the certificate of "Slavutich" SEZ Subject’s registration.

"Slavutich" SEZ Administration cancels the registration of "Slavutich" SEZ Subject:

• On initiative of "Slavutich" SEZ Subject on the basis of the submitted application;

• In case of cancellation of the state registration it as a Subject of entrepreneurial activity in accordance with established by the legislation procedure;

• In case of non-fulfillment of improper fulfillment of the investment project, provisions of a contract on its implementation on "Slavutich: SEZ territory, non-compliance to the requirements of the legislative acts and other standard acts which regulate "Slavutich" SEZ activity;

• On the basis of Slavutich Council’s decision on denunciation (prescheduled denunciation) relative to the terms of Investment Project implementation on the territory of "Slavutich" SEZ;

• Cancellation of Slavutich Executive Committee’s decision on approval of the Investment Project.

Order is issued on cancellation of registration of "Slavutich" SEZ Subject, which is signed by the Head of Administration or an authorized person.

Cancellation of "Slavutich" SEZ Subject’s registration deprives the subject of entrepreneurial activity, branch or department of their benefits, foreseen by the Law of Ukraine "On "Slavutich" Special Economic Zone".

Cancellation of the registration of "Slavutich" SEZ Subject is not the basis for cancellation of its state registration as a subject of entrepreneurial activity.

Arguments between "Slavutich" SEZ Subjects and "Slavutich" SEZ Administration are considered and solved in accordance with the existing legislation of Ukraine.
