However there are some strategic issues and restrictions, which can influence on the further business development:

• Providing of unconditional fulfillment of the commissions of the President’s of Ukraine, Prime-Minister of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers’ Regulations, Decrees of the Supreme Council of Ukraine, Laws relating to social guarantees of Chornobyl NPP workers and Slavutych residents, Program of Social Protection of Chornobyl NPP workers and Slavutych residents in connection with the Plant closure and adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers’ Decree on 29.11.2000 № 1748, Programme of Creation of Additional Jobs for Chornobyl NPP Workers adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers’ Decree on 26.10.2001 № 1411;
• Providing of unconditional fulfillment of International Obligations on Memorandum on Common Understanding between the Government of Ukraine and "G7" Governments and Commission of European Commonwealth relating to the closure of Chornobyl NPP (Ottawa, Canada, 20 December, 1995);
• Necessary approving of the new developed General Plan of the Slavutych Town Construction by the Supreme Council of Ukraine;
• Broadening of reserve lands for further economic development of the Town;
• Solution on the State level of the problems of international relations relating crossing the boundaries "Ukraine-Belorus" and creation of common economic space;
• Completing of international projects implementation on activities at Chornobyl NPP, the "Shelter" Object in 2008;
• Providing of steady action for the Special Economic Zone "Slavutych" as the most favourable instrument for attraction of investments which is, however, restricted by 2020 according to the Law of Ukraine "On "Slavutych" Special Economic Zone".
